Most people like holidays, especially children due to they not only don't need to go to school on holidays but also can have lots of activities on holidays. There are many holidays in one Year. For example, Christmas is the most popular holiday in U.S.A. Everyone will go shopping and buy gifts to each other. Also, people will buy a Christmas tree and put many shinning thins, such as stars, candy bars, lamps to make the tree very beautiful. When the Christmas Eve comes, parents will put gift under the tree, then children can take their presents after a wonderful meal or in the next day's morning. It's a very important day for United State people since everyone will com back home and get together. Another especially holiday for children is Hollyween. Parents will prepare lots of candies and children will to play many characters, such as Spider man, Superman or some famous or tricky roles. Then children will go to visit neighbors' houses or communities and knock doors by saying "Trick or Threat". Usually children will get lots of candies in the end. It's really funny and enjoyable.

There are 194 countries in the world. I am wondering how many countries I can go visiting in my life. I have been to Japan, Mainland China, Canada and USA. There are so many different between my country and those countries. Japan is one of my favorite country I would like to visit many times. Because Japan is a good place for shopping, also people in Japan are very friendly. Moreover, you can travel by your own. There are lots of Taiwanese like to go self-traveling in Japan, because the railway of Japan is really convenient. It's easy for a visitor to guide himself/herself by just carrying a map. After I have finish the study program in Ohio Univ., I am going to Japan with my sister. And of course, we will be our own guides. We don't need to reserve a travel agency, we just booked the hotel from the internet and bought bus ticket from the internet, too. It's really to try to arrange a travel by yourself. This time, I will go to many places, such as Disney land of Tokyo, Art gallery of a famous Japanese director, a traditional temple and many interesting places. I have already planned this schedule since May. If you want to have fun and enjoy your trip, it's certainly need to do some investigation. I believe my sister and I will have lots of fun in Japan.

Don't swim at night in July is one of superstitions of Taiwan. People who believe that dead people come back in July which is called "Ghost Month". In ghost month, there are many superstitions that old people would ask young children not to do. For example, people should avoid going to swim at beach, ocean or swimming pool in July. That's because if someone drawn in water, his/her soul will stay and wait there for the next person who also swim near the same area. Then he/she can take the swimmer's life as his/her replacement. Old people also believe that everyone should not dry their clothes at night in ghost month because ghost can get inside clothes then go in your house. Thought some superstitions are very weird and regardless, Taiwanese still believe and follow without doubts.

Most of students get nervious before tests. For examples, some student feel stomachahe or headache for having test. Morveover, some nervious students just fall unconscious before they taking exams. Therfore, some metheds can be used to release pressures before tests. First, taking a deep breath and reminding yourself that you can do a good job about the test. That's nothing important but to build your confidence. Second, eating meal before taking exams. It's necessary for a person that should has suffienet nutritions to do anythings. It's said "You feed the horse, then the horse can run fast." Third, sleeping well before the exam day. If you are sleepless, how can you answer the exam with a clear mind? As a result, the best way to easy the test anxiety is really to take the exam and prepare for it.
